In mid-October, a delegation from a Russian laboratory equipment distributor visited SUPER CO., LTD’s Wuxi factory for an on-site inspection and technical exchange regarding Hazardous Materials Safety Cabinets. The visit was part of the client’s supplier evaluation tour in China, where SUPER was the second manufacturer selected for in-depth assessment. With its strong production capabilities and precise craftsmanship, SUPER earned the client’s recognition and trust.

The purpose of the visit was to identify a reliable supplier capable of producing laboratory chemical safety cabinets that meet both international standards and Russian market requirements. During the factory tour, the Russian representatives were accompanied by SUPER’s international sales and engineering teams, who introduced each stage of the production process in detail.

The client visited the sheet metal fabrication area, welding line, powder coating workshop, assembly section, and quality inspection department. They paid particular attention to:

• The steel thickness and structural design related to fire resistance;

• The three-point locking mechanism and automatic door-sealing system;

• The epoxy coating process for corrosion and chemical resistance;

• The labeling system and color coding for hazard identification;

• The vent connection design, ensuring compliance with European and Russian ventilation standards.

SUPER’s engineers conducted several live demonstrations, including door-closing performance, spill-containment sump design, and airflow testing of the venting system. The Russian visitors expressed satisfaction with the attention to detail, consistent welding quality, and precise coating finish observed throughout the production lines.

Following the inspection, both parties held a technical discussion covering product certification, customized design options, and specific requirements for the Russian laboratory safety market.
